This edition consists of the sheet music for trumpet (in Bb) and a CD

Not every trumpeter is fortunate enough to know a pianist with whom he could play duets. This version is meant for all of those who do. The enclosed CD contains all 12 tangos in full and play-along versions.

The trumpet was recorded by Reinhard Greiner. In addition to his freelance work as a trumpet player at the Munich State Theatre at Gärtnerplatz and in various other ensembles, Reinhard is a lecturer for Jazz trumpet at the local Academy for Music and Theatre.

The piano was recorded by Chris Gall, an alumnus of the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston. Chris, who has always been strongly attracted to Latin American music, travelled to Buenos Aires with Quadro Nuevo to immerse himself in the world of Tango.
