Tangos, beguiling arabesques, melodies from old Europe - presented with grandeur yet intensely intimate; almost forgotten songs too precious to be lost to oblivion, captivating gems such as Charles Trenet’s "Que reste-t-il de nos amours", or the profound "Tango del Mare". The breathtaking intensity of Astor Piazzolla meets the sensual virtuosity and passion with which the four globe-trotting musicians bring unique adventure to the here and now.
After completing the successful World Music Tour Grand Voyage, Quadro Nuevo returns once again to their abiding passion for tango. The treasure to be found at the end of the rainbow isn’t a pot of gold, but the joyous exuberance heard in every note.
The end of the rainbow is where you can perceive beauty without needing to grasp it.
